| The Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders will entertain troops and their families stationed in Japan, Korea and Hawaii, January 28 - February 16. These cheerleading professionals have performed at U.S. military bases around the world, including Egypt, Turkey, Italy, Bosnia, Kuwait, Iraq, Greenland, Mexico and Canada.
"It’s such an honor to get to perform for our troops," said Heather Karberg, cheerleading director for the group. "It’s so fulfilling for us to bring them some joy and a piece of home. Most of all, the girls love to spend time with the troops and get to know them."
Karberg described the cheerleaders' show as “an interactive road trip around the United States.” "The show features music and dance routines that represent various parts of the United States -- from California to Texas to Florida -- and lots of places in between. It also includes audience games and contests with giveaways -- it's just a really fun time for everyone." The Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders Pacific tour consists of 13 members of the show team and Karberg.
"The Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders are a tremendously popular act, no matter where we take them to perform," said Frank Tagatac, Armed Forces Entertainment regional and circuit manager for the Pacific. "They put on a terrific show that is entertaining and interactive. These ladies make sure that our troops and their families have a fun and memorable time."
