Danielle Broussard, Tommy Savitt and Charles Sanchez
to tour with Armed Forces Entertainment

Three comedians will come together to entertain the troops in the Caribbean with a variety of stand-up routines from current events commentary to culturally inspired satires. Danielle Broussard, Tommy Savitt and Charles Sanchez will tour with Armed Forces Entertainment Feb. 1-20.

“These three, seasoned comics have toured with Armed Forces Entertainment before, putting on brilliantly funny shows,” said Air Force Captain A. Semrau, Armed Forces Entertainment Pacific circuit manager. “When it comes to comedy these three have the troops’ number.”

A comic for 12 years, Broussard has been featured on Last Comic Sanding, Late Night with Conan O’ Brien and VH1 All Access. With family members in the military, Broussard has a greater understanding of what the troops go through on a daily basis, which has driven her passion to perform overseas.

Uniquely, Broussard is also a talented figure skater on ice; she considers one of her proudest accomplishments to be when she competed in the U.S. Nationals.

Savitt is a professional actor/writer/comedian who splits his time between New York and Los Angeles. His stand-up comedy routine has received rave reviews in industry publications Backstage, Long Island Entertainment and the Comic Bible. He has also performed on Si TV’s Latino Laugh Festival and headlined at Caroline’s on Broadway, New York Comedy Club and various A-rooms across the country.

Sanchez has performed at a number of LA comedy clubs including The Improv, The Comedy Store and The Ice House. A memorable addition to his routines is a showcase of original characters, which he has developed over time and continues to perfect. Currently, he is a cast member and writer on the new sketch comedy show entitled Unacceptable Behavior on Si TV.
