Jentle Phoenix

In love with an audience since the age of three, where she proudly stood and took her bows as the other kids ran off stage.  Born in Long Island, NY into a fine dysfunctional family.  Jentle escaped with her imagination; singing, dancing and making up shows for her stuffed animals and the neighborhood kids daily.

Throughout High school and college Jentle was in stage shows from musicals to dramas to comedy’s. After college she moved to NYC where she found new arenas to play in, like independent films, performing Long Form Improv, doing stand up, dubbing voices for Japanese Animae and working with The New American Stage Co. performing off-off Broadway. Jentle also began doing cue cards on Saturday Night Live for three and a half years. After getting tagged as the cute cue card girl she left NYC and headed out west.

Once in Hollywood she started doing voice for Video games, animated shorts and also working with Zeitgeist Theater Company doing back to back stage shows for over two years.  She left the theater company to focus on doing stand up.  At the same time her voice over career was starting to become a success, landing her with one of the top voice over agencies, William Morris.  Jentle began booking V.O. jobs on shows from The Drew Carey Show, to Disney animated series, and animated pilots, TV promos and national Television commercials.

While still doing independent films and voice over work, Jentle loves stand up comedy. Traveling all over doing stand up and loving every minute of it, no matter what the gig brings she always leaves them laughing.
