The professional cheer and dance squad associated with the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League (NFL) is slated to tour with Armed Forces Entertainment (AFE) this October. The Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders are scheduled to visit four bases across Europe as part of the annual AFE Pro Blitz tour.

The Ravens squad was the first to establish a co-ed cheerleading team in the NFL, with both a dance team and a co-ed stunt team who entertain Ravens fans at home games. The team was founded in 1998 and currently consists of more than 50 members. The Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders perform at the home stadium of the Baltimore Ravens, M&T Bank Stadium. In addition to cheering at home games, the squad also appears at more than 150 events in the Maryland community throughout each season.

Currently in his sixth season with the squad, Aaron D. is originally from Chappaqua, New York. He attended the University of Delaware. In addition to his full-time role as a content producer, Aaron performs with the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders. A talented performer, he auditioned for the first season of American Idol when he was only 17 years old.

In her sixth season with the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders, Brittany B. is originally from Stevensville, Maryland, and is a University of Maryland graduate. She holds a full-time career as an engineering technician, where she builds and tests hardware that will fly in space.

Currently in her fifth season with the squad, Brittany M. is a professional makeup artist. She is originally from Grasonville, Maryland, and is an Anne Arundel Community College graduate. Brittany has a spooky-themed tiki bar featured in her house.

Fairfax Station, Virginia, native Carli P. is in her eighth season with the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders. A graduate of George Mason University who works as an executive recruiter, Carli is also a talented athlete who intends to complete her first triathlon this year.

Jamie A. is in her seventeenth season with the squad and is originally from Follansbee, West Virginia. She attended Morehead State University and West Virginia University. Jamie works as a human resources director. She also has her boating license and handgun qualification license.

A Westminster, Maryland, native, Lexy S. is in her seventh season with the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders. She is an emergency room (ER) nurse and graduate of Stevenson University who was a ballet dancer for nine years before moving into cheerleading.

Nia A., a Hyattsville, Maryland, native, is a dance instructor for children and is in her third season with the squad. She attended Frostburg State University. Nia enjoys knitting in her spare time.

In his eighteenth season with the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders, Sean S. is an information technologies (IT) specialist from Middletown, Maryland, who attended James Madison University. In his free time, Sean is an avid gamer.

Poe, the Baltimore Ravens mascot, rounds out the touring group. Poe has been an integral part of the Baltimore Ravens since he was “hatched” in 1998. Poe was named after the famous Baltimore poet Edgar Allan Poe. He spends his time at M&T Bank Stadium, where he enthusiastically cheers for the Baltimore Ravens football team. He has been to the Pro Bowl more than 10 times.
