By entering this contest we reserve the right to use the submitted photo in our photo gallery, on our website, and for other functions of Armed Forces Entertainment including advertising banners, websites, pamphlets, brochures, and other promotional materials and/or products to help brand and promote Armed Forces Entertainment.

I agree to have my photograph displayed in any of the above mentioned materials and affirm that I am the person who took the photo and that I have full rights to the content of the photgraph. I agree to hold Armed Forces Entertainment harmless in case of any dispute over the identity of the photographer. I affirm that any person(s) appearing in the photograph have given their permission to be included.
