Film appearances include Strictly Business, 1991; Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls, 1994; Booty Call, 1997; Woo, 1998; Plump Fiction, 1998.

Life's Work
Tommy Davidson first became a household name during his time on the irreverent Fox Television show In Living Color, which ran from 1990 until 1993. While Davidson performed in a wide range of skits, his specialty was wicked impersonations of famous African American personalities, including Michael Jackson, M.C. Hammer, Spike Lee, Sugar Ray Leonard, and Stevie Wonder.

After the show went off the air, Davidson searched for a suitable venue to showcase his talents. He appeared on several television specials and in Hollywood comedies, including Booty Call (1997) and Woo (1998). While these films received mixed reviews, critics often pointed out that the scripts were at fault, rather than the performances. The Atlanta Constitution's Sonia Murray gave a typical assessment: in reviewing Booty Call, she described Davidson as "likable and obviously talented," but noted that "it's not enough to salvage this disastrous date movie."

Rob Maher
Rob started his comedy career in Washington DC. He quickly became the greatest comedian of all time. It wasn’t long before his humor was curing cancer and feeding the homeless. Rob’s act is the perfect marriage of sex and love. It’s hot, unadulterated and intense yet sensitive, caring and unconditional. Rob’s stage presence alone will get him into heaven. He loves animals. Rob Maher’s comedy is a good book, a glass of single malt scotch, a comfortable pillow, a Jimi Hendrix solo, a pay per view prison riot and the sun setting over the ocean. It’s everything you ever wanted or needed. So go see Rob Maher. Pay lots of money to see Rob Maher. You earned it. You deserve it. Do the right thing. He’s Rob Maher and you’re welcome.

As well as on stage, you also may have seen Rob on MHz’s Megahertz, a weekly live program that provided viewers with the latest in DC entertainment. Rob was the show’s movie critic. Each week, in front of a live studio audience, Rob reviewed movies, peppering the reviews with his special comedic slant. Along with his reviews, Rob interviewed moviegoers as they exited the theater. Rob’s spontaneity made these exchanges a “must see.” For Megahertz, Rob also interviewed some of today’s biggest stars including Chris Rock, Jamie Pressly and International Indie-Star Franke Potente.

Currently, Rob can be seen in the award winning flu shot PSA. Rob is the star of the commercial. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E7FhpRMc2n0

Very few comics ever find their voice, but Rob Maher has found his. It’s loud, clear, insightful, confident, and funny. Above all, it’s not to be missed.
